2 weeks. 0 running.
Since my activity levels have been
low, I will highlight some of the fun things I got to do these past two weeks
trying to keep my spirits up.
Kristen was home last weekend so I
met up with her and Lucy for an Old Silver Beach day and then we went
mudsliding at the Chart Room that night.
I made it to my one and only
Cotuit Kettleers game of the season with Sarah.
While there, I sadly watched Usain Bolt lose to stupid Justin Gatlin in
his last 100m race of his career. Tear.
I had an incredible night in
Welfleet at White Crest Beach. So
beautiful.
I met up with my Run Club friends
after they ran. I also went to the
secret beach with run clubbers Allison and Catherine.
Unfortunately Wednesday was my
last random Wednesday off of the summer.
I spent the morning relaxing before kayaking to Sampson for some beach
time with Kellen. Later that night coworker
Craig made me dinner and I met his chickens.
What summer days off should be like.
