It’s hard to believe it’s been a year since I ran the
Chicago Marathon.
In 2012, I began running April 1st before committing to a
16-week marathon training schedule.Last
summer I was focused.I ran a lot, ate a
lot, and slept a lot. One of the hardest things I've done in my life.
