I asked for some help from my Strength & Conditioning Coach Eric.

5 mile run (39:37)

5 TRX Exercises:
1.     Squats x10
2.     Single Leg Squat x10 each
3.     Side Lunge 2x10 each
4.     Power Pull x10 each
5.     Suspended Push-Up 2x5
