is this week’s workout given to me by Strength & Conditioning Coach Eric.
5 mile run (38:06)
Circuit:
1.
15 Box Step Ups
2.
15 Box Lateral Step Overs
3.
15 Push Ups (at bench)
4.
15 Single Leg Lunge (back leg on box)
5.
15 Tricep Dips (at bench)
4 times through. No rest
between exercises. 2 minute rest in
between rounds.
