Weekly Roundup 9.7-9.13

 
Ahh I can’t believe Labor Day was Monday!  The week started out hot and humid but ended feeling like FALL.  UGH.  Overall I had a good week of running and I got in what was probably my longest run of the year—11 miles with Wendy and Amanda (Amanda ran 18!)—and felt really good.
