Weekly Roundup 7.27-8.2

It was another hot, humid week.  I wanted to cut my Wednesday evening run short but I thought about my cousin Melissa who ran 4 miles earlier that day and my cousin Michele who was running a 5k in Buffalo where it was 92 degrees.  Thanks for the motivation girls!

Saturday was probably the worst run I’ve had in a long time.  Total strugglefest.  So hot.  Walked too many times to count.  I even stopped my watch thinking I was done but I was way too far away from home so I had to hit start again to finish up the 2 miles home.  That night I went to Joe & Kathy’s house for a Cape Cod Rehab cookout.  I had such a good time with some great coworkers.

Other highlights:

·      I received a really cool email from a client this week.  She is one of those people that reminds me everyday why I do what I do and she knows exactly what the word “hard core” means.  Work hard everyday and keep pushing to become a better YOU!
