Weekly Roundup 8.3-8.9

It was another busy week with not a whole lot of running!  Oh well, I am just having fun right now before #HouMarathon training begins in September! 

OH!  Guess what!  I found out the hard way that I could no longer lift Georgie at 68 pounds.  Eric, my strength and conditioning coach, is going to be so disappointed in me.  Time to get back in the gym!! 

Other highlights:

·      I RSVP’d YES to the New Balance “Relax Before Race Day” Girls Night Out.  Looking forward to trying something new next Friday night before the Falmouth Road Race.  Will you be there?!
·      Mama joined me on the bike for my long run this week.  I ran some of my favorite Falmouth roads that I miss so much!
·      Cousin Michele is starting to enjoy running!  She signed up to run the half in Houston and I’m loving her new motivation!
