It’s Miami Marathon race week and I
did it! I beat my goal of 3:30 by
running 3:28:27. You can read the full

After 16 weeks of training, it’s
time to take a break. I’m planning on 2
weeks off to rest, recover and get remotivated.
I will put together a 10-week plan to ease back into training for the
Newport Rhode Race working towards my next goal race—the Buffalo Half Marathon
on May 28th. I am looking forward to running both races representing BibRave. See you there?
